*Pick a Weight You Can Hit 8-15 Reps
Then Do 8 Reps @ 50%, 6 Reps @ 75% of the Weight Chosen.  
Then 1 Set Max Reps of Weight Chosen.          

then,            

AMRAP 20 (Teams of 2)                                           
Partner 1: 3 Rounds of "Cindy"                               
5 Pull-Ups                           
10 Push-Ups                      
15 Air Squats                       
Partner 2: Max Calories Assault Bike                         
*After Partner 1 Finishes 3 Rds of Cindy, then Partners Switch
