*Build to a Heavy Triple,                                  
Then Perform 3 x 3 @ 80% of your Triple             
**3 Second Pause at the Bottom of the Squat

then,

6 Power Cleans (165/105)                          
7 T2B                                 
8 Russian KB Swings (70/53)                                
9 Wall Balls (20/14)           
20 DU's
